| Joe Deagnon self published Paranoid Tales from 1995-98. It was fairly well received across Canada and the U.S.. (Except for that psychiatrist that kept threatening to have him committed.) He has contributed to several Toronto underground publications such as Exclaim and Film Threat Magazine in the U.S.Once the internet began to take hold of the public consciousness, Joe was pulled into the haphazard, no-standards realm of the internet and all manner of annoyance that it entails.
Currently, he creates the ultimate comic, “Chicken Outfit”, a new kind of narrative, co-written with Kirby Stasyna. He no longer has the following he once had with “Paranoid Tales” but in the interim, has taken on his very own apprentice stalker. |

| A self-proclaimed success story in the tradition of Tom Vu, Kirby Stasyna is living the ultimate lie in poverty and squalor. Relying only on street smarts and empty beer bottles, much of Kirby’s time that should be spent working on Chicken Outfit projects, is wasted filling out job applications in the shipyards and scouring garbage cans for returnables.
A proven creative and conceptual specialist, Kirby has yet to create or conceive personal success, financial freedom, property ownership, or anything of any actual worth or value. Kirby’s artistic sense has been so toned down by ex-employers, that he can only see in 2 bit color without the use of special glasses. |
